Snoozin' w/ Daddy...
Today was my first day with the kids waking up alone! We had a wonderful morning. We are so blessed that Mallory enjoys sleep as much as she does. When we put her to bed she plays in her crib with her stuffed animals (she has recently figured out how to turn on the "singing light up jungle thing" on the side of her crib which illuminates her room and gives her more playtime...we are fine with this extra playtime bc it causes her to sleep in! So then when Carter wakes up I can nurse and go back to sleep in the AM...so wonderful!
After a slow relaxing morning we headed over to MiMi's for a lunch playdate...it was so nice to get out of the house!! MiMi broke out the horse that we rode at our grandmother Sug's house when we were little...Mallory loved it!

Whew- 1 morning down, cazillion more to go- and each one will be its own, amazing adventure! Glad it went well! I love the picture of the 2 of them together- so sweet!!
Sarah, I love to see the pictures of Mallory and Carter. They are so cute. I know your mom enjoyed your lunch visit and getting the horse out for Mallory. Won't be long before Cater can use it too.
I can't wait to see you all again. Maybe I will find a chance to get down before Bob has his surgery. Say hello to Mike.
