Somebody likes her brother's carseat....hard to believe that it was her's last yr @ this time!
So we went to the doctor on Thurs. and Carter weighs 7 lbs 10.5 ozs....so we have a way to go to get him back to 8 lbs 6 oz, but we are on the right track...(He lost 10% of his weight while in the hospital bc I'm nursing...but now hopefully it will keep climbing!) The doctor said there were no concerns with jaundice so he won't be our little "glow worm" like Mal was on the billi light...But we did go in with a ? about some bumps on his body...and they gave us meds for what could be a "staph infection"...Sadness! We have been waiting all day for the results from the lab, but they haven't come through (hence the title of the post)...so please pray for us as we wait on those results and please pray that Carter feels better soon! It's so hard to give meds to such a little guy! We hope to know something by tom! On the plus side...the bumps are healing and he still has a cheerful personality and is eating well.... but the waiting is just so hard on the parents....

Sometimes it is so hard to trust, isn't it? Please know that I am praying for that little gift from God and for both of you.... God listens...all the time. Comfort for me... and I know it is for you, too.
