Heb. 12:1-3

Yesterday was one busy day! Mallory had her Easter celebration at school, Carter and I had MOPS, and Grandma and Grandpa were arriving during naptime! Mallory got to stay up and wait for them to get here...We played 100 Acre Wood Memory...good times! :)

Grandma got right into helping with the B&A kids after school and Mallory was really excited to show her all the items in the Resurrection Eggs after dinner...(we only have 2 left to open!) and then Grandma drew the items in the eggs...It was another quick visit and they left this am to get back to RI....record amounts of rain and problems with their cellar...but it was nice to have them for the night!

These kids are obsssessed with these eggs and looking at the items...I love that they love talking about it...it's like the kid's Nativity at Christmas...they really get into it!

We made bunny sugar cookies today after lunch...such an easy way for them to feel like they baked something and Carter can be included...

On this Good Friday I am just so grateful for all that Jesus did for us and all that He offers us if we just trust in Him...

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses,
let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles,
and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.

2
Let us fix our eyes on Jesus,
the author and perfecter of our faith,
who for the joy set before him endured the cross,
scorning its shame,
and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Consider him who endured such opposition from sinful men,
so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.
