We were so exited to head to NC for the weekend to visit Laura! Apparently Mallory thought all people in the fam lived as far as MiMi and PaPa bc she was so excited and awake and "reading" in the dark until 9pm! Carter fell right to sleep when we left at 6...
Both kids prob felt like they were having the "best dream ever" when we got there and saw Laura and they had little gifts on their beds! Mallory was over the moon with her new Abby in Wonderland DVD from Aunt Laura and got to watch it as Daddy got to work setting up our rooms for the night! Mallory found some candles that she was obsessed with sniffing on Laura's coffee table...who knows...maybe a future working at Pier 1?!?!? What an exciting start to a super fun weekend! :)
