We left for RI late Thurs. night (after my last day of summer school) to drive through the night...Mallory was so excited...Carter was confused...both were asleep shortly after we left....Carter woke up at 1am however and proceeded to have a "par tay" in the backseat...it was complete with his sinister chuckle..."guys! guys! sinister chuckle"...playing with his guys in the backseat...it was good though bc it kept us awake through the night and he was happy...at 4am both kids conked out again...Carter woke up very upset at 6am....but one of the grab bags MiMi had sent along consoled him on our last leg of the journey...(Thanks MiMi!) Carter found windowsills right away when we got there to play with "guys"...then Carter and I got to take a long nap while M and M headed to Pepere's to get his camper ready for Maine...
